14MGT Timing Pulley is a high-performance timing pulley with a 14 mm pitch. It is widely used in industrial fields that require high torque transmission and high dynamic loads.

Regular inspection: Check the wear of synchronous pulleys and synchronous belts regularly, observe whether there is abnormal wear, cracks or deformation on the tooth surface, and replace damaged parts in time.

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the synchronous pulleys and the surrounding environment clean, avoid dust, oil and impurities adhering to the tooth surface, prevent affecting the transmission accuracy and increasing wear.

Tension adjustment: Ensure that the synchronous belt is properly tensioned. Too loose will cause slipping, and too tight will increase the bearing load and pulley wear. Adjust according to the tension recommended by the manufacturer.

Lubrication Note: Generally, 14MGT synchronous pulleys adopt oil-free lubrication design. Avoid using grease or lubricants to contaminate the synchronous belt and pulley surface to avoid reducing friction performance and accelerating aging.

Environmental control: Avoid long-term exposure of synchronous pulleys to high temperature, strong acid and alkali or corrosive gas environment. Take protective measures when necessary to extend product life.

Installation specifications: Ensure the axial centering of the pulley during installation, avoid eccentricity and radial runout, and prevent abnormal stress and wear during the operation of the synchronous belt.

Regular replacement: Establish a reasonable replacement cycle based on the frequency of use and working conditions to prevent transmission failures caused by material fatigue.
