Production process flow

 


1. Material pretreatment

Brass ingot material selection: H59/H62 grade brass is selected, and its composition is detected by a spectrometer (copper content ≥ 59%, lead content<0.1%).
Hot forging: Heating to 750 ° C for forging, initially forming a wheel blank, eliminating internal pores and increasing density.


2. Precision machining

CNC turning: rough machining of shaft holes and end faces, with a reserved 0.2mm precision machining allowance.
Tooth milling: Use hard alloy cutting tools to perform five axis linked milling of teeth according to the H-shaped tooth profile program, with a tooth surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m.
Tooth surface grinding: Diamond grinding wheel is used for precision grinding of the tooth side, ensuring a tooth profile tolerance of ± 0.01mm.


3. Structural optimization

Hollow out of the spoke: By using electric discharge machining (EDM) or laser processing to reduce weight holes, key support structures are retained.
Dynamic balance correction: Add/remove counterweights on the balancing machine to achieve G6.3 level dynamic balance standards.


4. Surface treatment

Chemical passivation: Soaking in chromate solution forms a passivation film, enhancing corrosion resistance.
Selective electroplating: Localized nickel plating is applied to the contact area (such as the shaft hole) with a thickness of 10-15 μ m (salt spray test ≥ 72 hours).


5. Quality inspection

Three coordinate measurement: full tooth profile scanning, verifying that the cumulative error of tooth pitch is less than 0.03mm.
Load test: Simulate actual working conditions (rated torque 120%) and run continuously for 48 hours without abnormal wear.


6. Packaging and Delivery

Vacuum oxidation prevention: Each pulley is independently packaged (filled with nitrogen gas), with material reports and testing certificates attached.
Customized identification: Supports laser marking (brand logo, tooth profile parameters).
