Strictly following the T2.5 tooth profile international standard, using CNC numerical control grinding technology, the cumulative error of tooth pitch is ≤ 0.01mm, ensuring zero clearance meshing with the synchronous belt and preventing step loss or slip.

The material can be selected from 6061 aluminum alloy (anodized surface) or 304 stainless steel (mirror polished), weighing only 5-20g, with both wear and corrosion resistance, and a lifespan of over 50000 hours.
Ultra thin and compact structure
The minimum tooth width is 3mm, suitable for micro motors (such as NEMA 8/11 stepper motors) and installation in narrow spaces, supporting customization of 0.5mm aperture to meet the integration requirements of miniaturized devices.
Silent low backlash transmission
The tooth profile is optimized by R-angle and undergoes secondary polishing, with a running noise of less than 30dB and a backlash of ≤ 0.05 °. It is suitable for precision optical calibration and laboratory grade equipment.
Multi scenario compatibility
Supports T2.5 synchronous belts (rubber/polyurethane) and is compatible with MXL profiles (customizable transition design), seamlessly adapting to open-source hardware (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi) driver systems.
