In the field of industrial transmission, rubber synchronous belts play a vital role. Different types of rubber synchronous belts have their own characteristics and applicable scenarios. Understanding the differences between them is of great significance for correct selection and efficient application.

The first is the arc tooth rubber synchronous belt. The tooth shape of this synchronous belt is arc-shaped, which has the advantage of high transmission accuracy. When running at high speed, it can maintain a stable transmission ratio and reduce vibration and noise. Due to the special design of its tooth shape, it is more uniform when transmitting power, and is suitable for equipment with high requirements for transmission accuracy, such as CNC machine tools, printing presses, etc. The arc tooth rubber synchronous belt also has a strong carrying capacity and can work stably under large loads.

The second is the trapezoidal tooth rubber synchronous belt. The trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt has a trapezoidal tooth shape. Its advantages are relatively low manufacturing cost and convenient installation and debugging. In some occasions where the transmission accuracy requirements are not particularly high but the cost is more sensitive, the trapezoidal tooth rubber synchronous belt is a good choice. However, compared with arc-tooth rubber synchronous belts, trapezoidal teeth may produce greater noise and vibration when running at high speed, and the transmission accuracy will be slightly inferior.

In addition, there are parabolic tooth rubber synchronous belts with special tooth shapes. It is also unique in transmission performance, with better meshing performance and higher transmission efficiency. In some specific industrial applications, parabolic tooth rubber synchronous belts can play its advantages and meet special work needs.

Different types of rubber synchronous belts differ in tooth shape, transmission accuracy, load-bearing capacity, cost, etc. When choosing a rubber synchronous belt, the company needs to comprehensively consider factors such as its own production process, equipment requirements, and cost budget to ensure that the most suitable rubber synchronous belt is selected to provide reliable power transmission guarantee for production activities.
