PU synchronous belt was produced by thermoplastic polyurethane, steel, and Kevlar fiber cord, has a high wear ability, various types of steel wire core can guarantee its good athletic ability in the moving, and the production of tolerance is small. Opened PU synchronous belt transmission is reliable and has the dimensional stability. Adding a layer of nylon in the tooth surface and domain back of tooth during the production process to ensure the stability of special application, still a layer of polyurethane can be added in the back of belt to prevent corrosion or high load.

Product Features
1. Made of high-quality polyurethane (PU) material, it has high surface hardness and wear resistance far exceeding that of rubber material, and its service life is extended by more than 50%. It is tear-resistant and aging-resistant, suitable for high-frequency start-stop and long-term continuous operation scenarios.
2. The T20 tooth type (pitch 20mm, arc tooth profile) provides higher transmission accuracy and load capacity, suitable for medium and high torque transmission. The tooth shape is tightly meshed with the pulley, reducing the risk of tooth skipping and ensuring the stability of power transmission.
3. PU material is naturally resistant to oil, acid, alkali and most chemical solvents, and can work stably in humid, oily or mildly corrosive environments. It has a wide applicable temperature range (-40℃ to +90℃) and can adapt to harsh working conditions.

FAQ
Q1: Is the T20 PU synchronous belt suitable for high temperature environment?
A: Yes. The T20 PU synchronous belt can work stably in the range of -40℃ to +90℃, and the short-term peak temperature resistance can reach 110℃ (no more than 1 hour). If it needs to be used in a high temperature environment for a long time, it is recommended to use a high-temperature resistant modified PU material (customized model).
Q2: How to avoid the synchronous belt from slipping or running off during installation?
A: Before installation, make sure that the pulley axis is parallel, the synchronous belt and the pulley tooth groove are fully engaged, and use a tension meter to adjust to the recommended tension (refer to the technical manual). When running off, check the pulley alignment or the wear of the synchronous belt edge.
